SHIPPING COSTS
When ordering from Franz Joseph Schütte GmbH, we currently do not charge any additional shipping costs for the delivery of the goods.
Shipping costs may vary for deliveries outside Germany, Austria, France and the Netherlands.
The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
We ship exclusively with DHL and GLS and only within Germany, France, Austria and the Netherlands.
GLS parcel shipping is 100% climate-neutral for all Franz Joseph Schütte products.
RETURNS
Returns are free of charge within the first 14 days.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time is approx. 1-2 working days.
Orders are processed and handed over to DHL or GLS on the day of receipt of payment or on the following working day at the latest (except Saturday).
